Thursday, May 8, 2008...Yes I think that spring is definitely in the air..it was a little cool today but I went out and took a few pictures of the lilac bushes and the apple tree that has a lot of beautiful blossoms on it right now...Then I picked a big bouquet of lilacs to put in the living room..mmmmm they smell so good when you walk in the room! It would be wonderful to have some of these early spring flowers last longer into summer..but I am enjoying them while they are here. The Gerbera daisies are going to be gifts for the mom's at church on Sunday for Mother's Day!! I haven't been in here to post what has been happening..seems like retirement is keeping me busy!
but I have been going to Curves 3 times a week..and just finished getting the 3rd injection of Synvisc in my knee..hopefully this takes care of some of the pain. Otherwise physically I am doing really good..need to get back on the Weight Watcher program better..but am maintaining pretty well..now I need to get losing some more!!
