It's been a relatively quiet week..(most of my weeks are}..but a good week. Of course I voted on Tuesday and I have to admit I am pretty pleased with the results in our state of Michigan. I know time will only tell how the newly elected governor etc do but hopefully the change will be for the good!! I went to Bible study on Wednesday and it was the week we viewed the DVD and it was a really good one..we are studying the Fruits of the Spirit and this DVD zeroed in on the Joy of the Lord..which is always good...now I need to get busy on my homework in the workbook..It's a really good study by Beth Moore.
So as I said it's been a quiet week..had a nice time yesterday afternoon going to Bass Pro Shop with hubby to spend a gift card he had been carrying around for quite a while..he got a nice fleece jacket and we also enjoyed a early supper at Cracker Barrel..so all in all a nice outing.
Our weather is turning much cooler..today it's only about 40 degrees and not too much sun..suppose to be in the 4o's for a couple days and then back to the mid 50's so can't complain.
No big plans for the weekend..but I have a supply of books from the library so will enjoy them for sure!!
Yesterday was one of great granddaughter's 2nd birthday..Liliana Amerie ...here is a cute collage that her mommy posted on Facebook and I thought I'd share it here...
