We have had very weird weather today..but like most of us that live in Michigan know...if you don't like the weather wait a few minutes and it will change!! Well we started out with cloudy and a cool 50 degrees early this morning..then it gradually warmed up to a "balmy" 62 degrees and the sun peeked out and it was a really nice day going into early afternoon...well that lasted for a few hours and then the weather advisories started...Thunderstorm warning...Tornado watch..and around 6:00 pm the black clouds rolled in and we had a very strong but brief thunderstorm..then it quit raining and thinks were nice and quiet...now it is still quiet but we have High wind advisories until tomorrow afternoon...like I said...weird weather today!!
Had a great time this afternoon and evening with Nick, Jake and Morgan... our son Ed and Angie's kiddos.. Ed and Angie returned this evening from a week in Cancun celebrating their 20th wedding anniversary. So after they got home I spent some time hearing about the great time they had. So glad they are home safe and sound.
Well I plan on stopping by here after we get back from our day trip to the gardens I spoke about going to tomorrow..Hoping to get some nice plants for our front flower bed...But here's a early Mother's Day greeting for all you moms!
