Hi there on this holiday weekend!! We are enjoying ourselves up here in Mackinaw City..it's beautiful and I am sitting typing this looking out our sliding doors to the balcony, watching one of the ferry boats load up the passengers for the 18 minute ride to Mackinac Island..we will be going over there tomorrow. Today we went to the Memorial Day parade in "downtown" Mackinaw City..it was a great parade..lots of bands, clowns, etc..but no politicians!! Yay!! Then after the parade we had a nice lunch and then headed over to the fort for the Reenactment Pageant...and oh my what a large crowd!! The weather was absolutely perfect..about 77 degrees and a nice breeze and lots of sun (and it shows on us!!) LOL

I have missed working on my blog!! I thought I could do it while we were here at the hotel in the evenings but I can't seem to concentrate to do it right so I guess I will wait until we get home. I am looking forward to placing an order with Amazon then too!! Thanks Judy!!
