Wednesday..warm but beautiful!

Good afternoon ladies! Been a productive day here..went with Fred for a doctor's appointment this morning..then after we were home for a while..he went to the mall to walk and I headed over to Lori's..I took my bathing suit but didn't end up going swimming. We printed off some flyers (invites) for a "SURPRISE" party for Fred on the 16th. He is going to be "75" on the 13th so the kids and I are trying to pull off a surprise get together..It is pretty easy to surprise him, he doesn't ask a lot of questions (not like I would!!) For example I brought home the flyers and finished stuffing the envelopes and getting them ready to take to the post office and I said I need to go to the post office after I finish these things to mail for Lori!! LOL All he said was oh..ok..and went in and continued what he was doing!! What a trusting husband!! So I just got back a few minutes ago from mailing them..and now I suppose I should think of something to fix for supper..but I cannot think of anything yummy.. I haven't mentioned that we are continuing in a heat wave because it really doesn't bother me like it does a lot of people..of course I am able to be in the a/c if I want..but I will be heading outside pretty soon and enjoy some time either in the screen house or my swing..of course I will have a book with me!!
Monday evening Fred put up our screen house and we enjoyed sitting out in it and relaxing and of course I did some reading. It was still around 84 when we came in at 10:15 but was very nice out there..no bugs and lots of breezes.. Tuesday I had lunch with my friend Cathy..and then later in the afternoon I went to Lori's and enjoyed her pool along with my daughter in law Angie and kids..
