☼ Didn't do a lot but relax!! Our weather was rainy, cold and very gloomy!! But nice and warm inside with my blankie!!☼ I watched some football on tv but it wasn't my team!! For some reason the University of Michigan's game wasn't on our local cable channels, so we listened to it online!!
☼ I wrote out the monthly bills and took them to the post office.
☼ Fred went to the mall and did his walking...he usually doesn't go on Saturday but today he did.
☼ I am reading a book set in the 1940's..called A Distant Melody..good book.
☼ I did some major decluttering in the back bedroom..lots of filing of receipts, statements etc.
☼ Tim and Jen took us out to eat at Carrabba's for my birthday.. (which was in August!!) It was delicious..I had veal picatta and we also had calamari for an appetizer..yummy!!!
☼ Sunday morning I was in church...Praising the Lord for all He has done. What a blessed place to be!!
☼ There was a potluck after church which we had forgotten about..we were encouraged to stay anyway..there was lots of food..so we did and had a really nice time of fellowship and yummy food.
☼ When we left for church it was a sunny beautiful cool day..by the time we left church to come home..the sun was hiding under a cloud...and it stayed there for the rest of the day..but no rain!
☼ The rest of the evening was spent....reading, watching some tv, working on my blogs, talking to Lori on the phone...just having a snack for our supper..nice ending to a relatively quiet weekend.
Praying that everyone has a great week... looking forward to enjoying even more of our beautiful trees as they are changing so quickly...
